B Week Activities

This week we're going to focus on the letter B. This is a list of activities I started that we will do this week. It's not a complete list yet. Stay tuned for links, pictures and descriptions of the activities this week!
(Most of these activities are geared toward my two preschool-aged daughters who are 4 and 3. Some of these activities can also include my 14 month old son and my 8 year old daughter.)

·       build with blocks

·       make a birthday card for Papa

·       put braids in everyone’s hair & make yarn braids

·       make symmetrical butterflies

·       use beans to make the letter B

·       make bead necklaces

·       write a list of B words on a big B

·       play with babies

·       blow bubbles

·       go to the beach

·       make beach pictures with sand

·       Bubble Art

o   1/4 cup liquid dishwashing soap

o   3/4 cup water

o   1 1/2 tablespoons light corn syrup

o   Mix it all and divided into different bowls or cups, and add food coloring

·       B box

·       Color with brown, blue and black
